We arrived on Tuesday the 19th. As soon as we arrived we had found out my luggage had gone missing. There was no sunwing representative to go to in order for me to find out where my luggage had disappeared to until the next day. Turns out it was dropped off at the wrong resort. We agreed to option 2, but as soon as we arrived at the other resort they told us they had already sent it back to us, and then we were charged double by our driver even though our representative told us otherwise.
I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication between the sunwing representatives. I got over the situation quickly because afterall I was on vacation and was ready to enjoy my stay! Guests drove us crazy, between slutty cougars trying to pick up my boyfriend and every other male guest and male employee, children running wild and terrorizing animals and pushing every bodies buttons, and other guests who were bitter, sloppy, disrespectful, and downright rude Everything that the staff had done for us excluding sunwings representatives was absolutely amazing, we are more than excited for our return to this resort!!
My only suggestions are for sunwing to My only suggestions are for sunwing to smarten up and have representatives available while guests are arriving and not to charge guests money for returns on there own luggage, and for guests to just stay home if they are not coming with the right mindset More.

Thank you for your review regarding your past experience, we will try to make it greater next time you come. In our weekly meeting we will read your comments for which we all appreciate it. This was my First time in Cuba and I honestly loved it! The entertainers and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly, I felt like I was home.
They are all Amazing! I stayed for 7 days and It felt like one big day because I had so much fun and I enjoyed my vacation very much. The hotel rooms are super clean, I had no problems with anything.
